Retail Return Policy for Web and Catalog Orders

We hope you are satisfied with your purchase. In the event that you are not, we accept returns or offer to exchange your purchase items within 30 days of purchase.

Regular priced merchandise may be returned for a full refund or exchanged within 30 days of the original shipping date found on your packing list.

Sale items are final sale and may not be returned or exchanged unless there is damage to an item or an incorrect item was received. Damages or wrongly shipped items must be reported within 7 days of product receipt. We cannot accept any damages or wrongly-shipped items after the end of this period.

Please note initial shipping fees are non-refundable.

Retail Merchandise Return Requirements and Procedure

  • Original receipt (packing list) or gift receipt must accompany all returns or exchanges.
  • Returned merchandise must be in original condition and packaging, including the merchandise UPC code and must be in resellable condition. Opened merchandise cannot be accepted for return or exchange.
  • An RMA (return merchandise authorization) number is required for all returns. Unsolicited returns will not be accepted. To obtain an RMA number, call us at 866-95-BLISS (866-952-5477) or email info@blisslivinghome.com. In your request, please include the order number as well as the reason for the return. Note Blissliving Home customer service is available Mon – Fri 9am – 5:30pm EST.
  • Once you have received an RMA number, clearly print or affix it to the outside of your box. Please return merchandise to us through a delivery service that provides a tracking number. We recommend that you insure the package. We are not responsible for packages returned with no tracking information. We do not accept returns via COD.
  • RMA number(s) are only valid for 10 days after issue. Your return package(s) must be received by Blissliving Home within this 10 day period.

  • A refund or credit will be issued 2-3 business days after receipt of your return into our distribution center and confirmation regarding the reason for return. Please allow 1-2 billing cycles for your account to be credited.

Please note any unauthorized returns or products not in resalable condition will be subject to a 35% restocking fee. The refund will be awarded in the form of an online coupon good for 1 year from the date of issue in the remaining value.
