Returns

Retail Return policy for web and catalog orders:

Complete satisfaction is our guarantee. If for any reason, an item does not meet your expectations, we will be happy to extend a full refund (less shipping) or exchange within 30 calendar days of the ship date. After 30 days, we will replace or refund your purchase for manufacturer defect only. Returns received after 30 days that are in their original packaging will be subject to a 25% restocking fee. Returns received after 30 days outside of their original packaging will not be refunded. We recommend using a traceable carrier as we cannot be held liable for lost returns.

To return an item, please re-pack the product(s) in its original packaging, if possible, with the top portion of your packing slip. We require you to contact our Customer Care Service department for a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions on shipping your package; to process your return; returns without an RA number will not be accepted.

You may also initiate a return on line through your Personal Account Manager; just login by clicking on the login link at the top of the page and select my account from the top of the page. Click on the link under orders for View current and past orders and click View to review the appropriate order detail. Each product provides a link with a question, Need to return this product?, so just click on this link and follow the instructions. Our staff are available between the hours of 9:00am – 5:30pm EST by calling our toll-free number at 866 95 BLISS (25477). You must contact Customer Service to return any product, for any reason. A refund or credit will be issued upon receipt of your return into our distribution center and confirmation regarding the reason for return. Please allow 1-2 billing cycles for your account to be credited.

All purchases of sale items are final, and no exchanges or refunds will be honored. These terms apply to Retail customers only; Wholesale customers please contact customer service for separate terms and conditions.

Use your own shipping method and be sure that your shipment can be tracked and is insured. Blissliving® Home is not responsible for customer returns that are not received.

Price Adjustments
A one-time price adjustment will be given if an item you purchase goes on sale within 7 days of when your order was placed. In order to redeem the adjustment, please email info@blisslivinghome.com. The adjustment will be credited back to the original credit card used for the purchase. Please allow 1-2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement.
